It's a huge task and I'm not sure that a student could make much of a dent in just a couple months. I thought there was an item on the list for wxHTML2, but I don't see it now. That would be to put a unifying API on top of either wxHTML, wxMozilla, wxIE, WebKit, etc.

or khtml? If it's good enough for Safari, it's good enough for us!

(well, maybe not, but it is a pretty good engine)
