Robin - you without your help - the only thing I could do with wxPython would be a printout like “Hello world!” !!! ;o)

Hi guys,
Doea anyone know, if a wxSlider got an Event for Mouse-Release??? It seems to me that the controls wxSlider or wxScrollBar only got ScrollEvents, but what I’m looking for is an Events that only appears when the user lets his mouse button up.
Btw: I’m using wxPython under W2K and in my opinion is the Documentation not very good. Are there any good resources / docs about wxPython (excepting http://wxpython.sourceforge.net/) ??
