Boa does have a quite capable shell in the first tab of the editor,
and the CVS version (0.0.12) is well worth the download.
The recent discussion on this list finally prompted me to take a
look at Boa. Particularly as a former Delphi programmer I was
delighted to see it. Certainly it will make working with wxPython
easier--and that is already a pleasure.
One little thing: the version of Boa available as a .zip is 0.0.5. Is it
true that there's a 0.0.12, and how do I get my little pink hands on
it? I'm obliged to admit that I couldn't find it on SF although I found
the Boa site well enough.
Thanks.
The latest zip release is, indeed, the version 0.0.5 that you downloaded.
Since that release, Riaan has updated the files in the CVS repository and
the latest version there is 0.0.12, with another update coming soon. If you
aren't familiar with checking out files from CVS, you might want to bug
Riaan to release another zip file. I'll also put a bug in his ear.
