wxSTC (and PyCrust) is more or less working, and a few other little things
are taken care of. I've made both a release-mode and debug-mode installer.
The debug mode compiles in a number of asserts and other runtime checks that
are somewhat helpful in tracking down problems. If nobody objects too
loudly I'll only do debug builds for a while.
I've also done a new installer for MachoPython 2.2.1 which includes the
pyexpat extension and some other standard extension modules that were
probably missed before.
