Hello,
I'm having alot of problems with my dial-up connection, I
should say disconnection. I've been trying foe a week
to download wxPython, but get disconnected after reaching
a certain percent of the download. It's never the same
percent. It there any way to continue a download from the
point at which I get disconnected?
Thanks.
Wayne
P.S. The phone company is suppose to look at my phone line
today.
Use a download manager or a FTP client with resume functionality.
If you are using windows: try www.getright.com
If you are using Linux: chances are you have already wget and it's
graphical frontend "gdm" installed.

I think that you mean "gtm" (GTransferManager)--gdm is the GNOME Display Manager

I think what really sucks is when you don't constantly turn out crap
to pay the bills, preferring to work steadily on something
worthwhile... and people still see it as a *failure* to do anything
at all, rather than a decision not to do anything that sucks.
