Try building without BUILD_GLCANVAS/BUILD_OGL support (setup.py)
or install a OpenGL development kit.

Thanks for the info. After rereading the instructions for
building I notice that I should have caught this in the
instruction. I don't normally use OpenGL and I just ignored
what the instructions had to say.
