Yesterday I have published a new project on SourceForge.net with the
name << wxEasyGUI >>.
The summary of the project on https://sourceforge.net/projects/wxeasygui
is :
<< Easy and Interactive GUI Dialogs for Python newbie and geek based
on "wxPython" from
Robin Dunn and deep inspired by "EasyGui" from Stephen Ferg.
http://electronicbricks.blogspot.com/2009/11/wxeasygui.html is the
project Blog >>
On the Blog I posted a three minute video that demonstate the actual
functionalities.
Python software frameworks are well suited for doing about anythings
and my effort is to
support and expand Python knowledge and it's use.
Python is a beautiful and great programming language with 'all
batteries included' but
newbie need a simple, easy to understand, interactive tool for
starting using the language
quickly. So I wrote the wxEasyGUI library with this dream in my mind.
On the Google Group http://groups.google.com/group/wxeasygui we
discuss the project targets
and request for comments from the Python community.
I very appreciate if you can comments and suggest the idea and review
the code for
improvements based on the project target "Easy and Interactive GUI
Dialogs for Python newbie".
Thanks.
Valter Foresto.
