What uses wx.lib.foldmenu? It looks like it's a fairly recent addition to
the library (based on use of wx namespace and eventmgr), but there's no docs
and grep is showing nothing that uses it.

Somebody sent it to the wxPython-users list a few weeks ago and it looked useful so I dropped it into the lib. I've done nothing with it beyond that.
