All other wikis I've seen show those links in English, but when I see
them they are in German,
Does anyone else see them in German (or non-English) whose locale is
set for English?
It would be helpful if those links would be changed to match the rest
of the text on the page.

My best guess is that the Wiki engine extracts the locale from your
browser somehow and provides that as native text to you. The wiki text
