Spam mail has been showing up on the mailing list more and
more frequently recently. Is there any way to prevent this?
I use spambayes, but if I classify this as spam, it will start
marking other legitimate mailing list mail as possible spam,
and so I'd rather not have to do that...

Probably the only easy thing that can be done is to close the list to
subscribers only, but I'd rather not do that.
