By the way. I'm noticed that my application py2exe'ed with -b option
doesn't work on windows 98, while it works fine on w2k and XP. So now
I'm not using py2exe's bundle option to ensure compatibility with win98.
Probably this is because Windows <= 98 (I am not sure about Millennium)
need to find w9xpopen.exe if you are using some popen() methods in your
app. If you are distributing it, or if you don't use any os.popen() and
friends method in your app, then something weird is happening on Windows 98
