Robin answered this question a week or two ago. I don't recall exactly what he said, but it didn't sound like he'd started serious work on the porting process yet, so suffice it to say, it'll be a while. I recommend skimming the archives a bit to find the exact quote.

Hi,
How is wxPython affected by the Python 3000 changes?
None of the biggest site-packages that I know of are ready for Py3k. I
think it's just too early, people are going to stick with 2.5 or 2.6
for a while, as some of the changes introduced by Py3k require quite a
bit of work for the 3rd party packages.
