Any authenticated user has TICKET_CREATE and TICKET_MODIFY
permissions, so you should be able to do it if you are logged
in. Maybe the old version of the page (from before you were
logged in) is stuck in your browser's or proxy's cache?

Sorry to be so dense, but I am not having any luck, even after clearing my
cache.

This is my sequence of events.

1. I click on the Ticket URL that was emailed to me - the ticket details are
displayed.
2. I click on the login button, and enter my username and the password that
was emailed to me.
3. It returns me to the same page with the ticket details, but I do not see
any new options.

Nothing indicates that I am logged in, but I am pretty sure that I am,
because -

- if I use a different password, it shows an error
- if I click 'login' again, it takes me to a 'Welcome to wxWidgets Trac'
page

If I select 'View Tickets > My Tickets', it shows 'No matches found'.

I am using the username 'frankmillman'. Ticket #1163 shows the reporter as
'chagford' (which I must have used as a sourceforge username at one stage),
but no owner. Ticket #1954 shows the reporter as 'frankmillman', but no
owner.

In neither case can I see any option to edit a ticket.

I also cannot see any option to change my password.

I am sure I am doing something wrong, but what?
