OSX PageSetupDialog - accessing "Scale"?

I'm probably looking past this somewhere ... On OSX,
wx.PageSetupDialog uses the native page setup dialog, which offers a
"Scale" option at the bottom of the dialog. I can't find any way to
access the Scale data. Can this be done? If not, is there any way to
disable this control, so users don't waste their time with it?

I don't see anything for it in the code. Please enter a bug report about this with a category of "wxMac Specific".
