I have a frame with panel, but this panel load from other file. When maximize the properties panel no change. Now, yes I have frame and panel in same file, the panel it shows correctly
Any suggestions?

Did you get an error?
I can't really follow what the problem is that you are having.
Can you post a small runnable sample and indicate what is
supposed to be happening in the sample code but is not happening?
