Ideas with Grid

Hello,
I'm making a new application for one client and lhe send me this image:

I want your advice about what control use, list or grid? I think the last one because it will need to manage a huge amount of data.

Is possible embed inside a cell other control like checkbox or combobox? (I thinks its possible, any reference about how to do that?)

is possible do the effect with the - or + so when the user click on + some rows can be expanded or showed? or I need to make a different solution for this?

There are some control with this options?
