help menu at right end
This has probably been asked many times, but I can’t find any info on it: how do you get the help menu item to be pushed to the right end of the menu bar?

wxWidgets doesn't support it. Also, AFAIK all of the standard interface guidelines for all the platforms advise against it (except for the ancient CUA spec that Motif was based on.)
