I’m curious to learn more about writing programs for hand held computers (I think the acronym is PDA?), like palm pilots etc.
can wxpython be used to write these programs? or another module perhaps? thanks.

There has been some work in the past in getting wxPython to build for WindowsCE (for Pocket PCs, etc.) but I don't know the current status of that project. There is a port of wxWidgets to Palm, but last I heard it was incomplete, and there hasn't been any work to build wxPython for that platform.
