GTK2 timeframe?

OK, will do. I foolishly assumed it was in the "we know it's broken,
don't bother us" state. Maybe if I get bored I will try to give some
patches too :-). (I really want to get familiar enough with the code to
write a wxBonoboControlWrapper object... someday)

No. It would be very desirable to have it in 2.6.0, but the fatal bugs
must be fixed beforehand and nobody's really working on it...

I know about three problems:
- no underlying in wxDC::DrawText
- checkboxes are too short for some weird reason (I coulnd't figure it out)
- wxRadioBoxes have weird border
