I have the feeling, Charles Hartman, as an exemple, is one
of these users (no offense here). He thought, he has to
switch to the unicode version in order to be able to use
the è (e grave). Then he fell into the annoying
encoding/decoding process, which it would not have been
necessary if he had choosen the ansi version and had used
the right encoding in his scripts.
