Document/View classes?

Has anyone attempted to "wrap" and use the
document/view classes (wxDocument, wxView,
wxDocTemplate, wxDocManager, etc.)?

If not, is there a plan to add support for
them to wxPython, or is there an alternate
set of classes that provide similar
functionality?

No.

I've gone back and forth on this. I havn't done it yet mainly because something else always seems more pressing, but also because it is very easy to do something similar in pure python.
