compatibility of wxPython 2.9.4.0 with Python 3.3

The classic implementation of wxPython does not support python 3.x -
AFAIK that is one of the wxPython Project Phoenix, see
for the original goals.

Project Phoenix does support Python 3, but I don’t think all the libraries of wx are currently implemented in Phoenix. That’s very bleeding edge, but I know we need help testing it!
