Hi Alex,
GenStaticText is not in the wx workspace (or whatever it is its
name), in order to use you should call wx.lib like:
from wx.lib.stattext import GenStaticText as StaticText
andt then use it like:
mystatictext = StaticText(self, -1, etc...)
