ANNOUNCE: Boa Constructor 0.0.5 (Corrupt zip file?)

Thanks for the download ... the file appears to be tar'ed but not
compressed (despite the .gz extension).

It appears that the zip file on the official Boa site is corrupt.
Since the author is gone for two weeks, I went to CVS and
made a tar.gz of it.
