So it is intended behaviour that how
you wrote the code is not supported. I.e you can only
put a wxMenuItem under a wxMenu object.
I think Robin answered you that twice.
But I aggree on the error messages. When using XRC one
doesnt get extremely useful messages when something is
wrong with your XRC code.
It is also kind of hard to debug since the XRC
reading is done in the C++ part.
