There isn't anyplace that just lists all the constants. They are integrated
in the main reference documentation with the classes or methods that use
them.

I was looking particularly for wxgrid.

Some new wxGrid docs were recently checked in to CVS. You can see them in
the daily doc build at http://www.lpthe.jussieu.fr/~zeitlin/wxWindows/docs/.
