[wxPython] wxPython and IDE

I'm looking for a good IDE that will allow me to work with wxPython.

So far, I've looked at Boa Constructor and PythonWorks. Boa is free,
PythonWorks is commercial.

Boa is build with and for wxPython; however it is bugged, especially in the
debugger area. It does do a number of things nicely.

PythonWorks is very, very slick and innovative and I like it a lot (though I
haven't done too much in it). What functionality I've seen is well thought
out, useful and pretty much bug free (important things were the module/class
browser, debugger, text editor). It has a UI editor but its for Tk.
PythonWorks is highly extensible. It doesn't use wxWindows itself, but
their web site indicated that it's possible to leverage Boa Constructor to
do this.

Has anyone tried this? Any level of success? Care to tell me how?

I'm curious if you've contacted the Pythonworks folks. Looking at their web
site seems to suggest that what you want to do is possible and one of the
nice features of their product. However, there are no instructions that
allow you to do the integration of PythonWorks/Boa on their web site. I bet
if you wrote to them and asked they would be happy to get you up and
running. Good luck. Please let us know how this works out.
