[wxPython] wxPython 2.3.3.1 installation on win98

Hi Robin,

Some feedback,
I installed wxPythonWIN32-2.3.3.1-Py22.exe on my win98se
machine without any problem. The demo is working fine.
Note: I removed 2.3.3.pre6 before installing the final
2.3.3.1
