[wxPython] wxPython 2.3.1 on Win95

Hello, the wxPython community!

help!

I cannot run the wxPython demo nor my program on Win95.
Everything works on Win98.
I am using wxPython 2.3.1 with Python 2.1.1.
The error is:
PYTHONW caused an exception c06d007eH in module WX23_1.DLL at
0157:00b27ea5.

similar results if I use python.exe instead of pythonw.exe.

Any suggestions?

Sorry for the spam, I just had to upgrade to WinSock2.0
and the problem went away.
