This may be completely irrelevant to most everyone, but I wanted to
go ahead and raise the point.
We use pythondoc to automatically generate documentation for our python
code base. Unfortunately, one of pythondoc's little peculiarities is that
it insists upon documenting *everything* including every module in every
package which contains a module which is imported.
So it tries to document wxPython. And it fails. After I remove things
like vtk.py from lib (we don't have vtk and pythondoc barfs on any exceptions
thrown by things it's trying to document), it gets at least to trying to
document lib. Then python seg faults.
I'm exploring work-arounds, but I won't likely find one in the two days
I have left at this job.
