[wxPython] Window refresh problems

Hi,

Congrats Robin!

We're using CVS wxGTK/wxPython and there seems to be a refresh problem.
It can be demonstrated easily in the wxPython demo. When the tip window
appears, the image at the top and the check box at the bottom don't
show up until you move the mouse into the tip window. Then it paints.
