I'm putting together a sample for the new Unicode support in wxPython and
need a bit of help. I'd like to have non-English text shown in the sample
so that the display is more dramatic than just some English text that says,
"This is a Unicode string!" but since I don't speak or write anything but
English that will be a bit of a difficulty... <wink> I've thought of just
copy/pasting from some of the SPAM mail I get from china, but with my luck I
would probably insult every Mandarin reader out there.
So I would like to ask some of you to send me some unicode text (privately)
in your native language, say a suitable translation of "Python is the best!"
and whatever normally appears on your Okay buttons. (Preferably in a format
suitable for easy copy/paste into Python code.)
So I would like to ask some of you to send me some unicode text
(privately)

best!"
and whatever normally appears on your Okay buttons. (Preferably in a

I've got two languages so far, Chinese and Lithuanian. (Sorry Riaan, since
you only need 7-bits for Afrikaans I don't think I'll include it in the
demo. <wink>)
Anybody else want to send me some text? Especially Asian languages would be
nice since they have the biggest Wow-that's-cool!! factor on a
single-language, 7-bit-ASCII guy like me.
I'll have a screen shot for people to look at once I get the original
contributors to look at it and make sure I didn't flub it up.
Thanks!
