You can download the source and build instructions here: Redirecting...
I'm pretty sure some of the people on the list have used or are using Suse, so they may be able to help if you post any errors you receive when following the Build and Install instructions.

Just use the SUSE build site. I noted that 11,10, and 9 are supported for
wxPython (pyGTK).
