I am developing a database application using wxPython. In one dialog the user is to specify a 'rule' to be used when searching for an object in the database. Rules are "equal to", "greater than" etc. In principle a combo-box control will do, however - is there support (in wxPython) for a control which is more like the control used in Word97 for specifying the font color. The Word97 control appears in the formatting menu bar and shows an icon (capital A with a solid underline of the selected color) + a very small arrow on the right hand side of the icon. The arrow is used to pull down a selection dialog. The selection dialog shows the set of available colors as small icons.
