Did you uninstall any old version of wxPython before installing this one?
The htmlc module used to be in htmlc.pyd but is now in the core wxc.pyd,
so
if the old file is still there it could cause funny problems like this.

Hmm. Maybe the installer should uninstall prior versions (any *.pyd files in
c:\Python\wxPython in particular).
