wxPython Pit Apps wiki page

Hi,

Just a few comments,

- Congratulations to all for the job.

- Feel free to add my http://spinecho.ifrance.com/ applications.

- I do not like the division Payware or Close source, it gives the
feeling - at least for me - closed source ==> payware. A clear
separation between payware and closed source, but "gratisware" would
be welcome.

A small note about this point. Some of my applications - logically the
biggest - are closed source, not because I want to hide the code, but
because I do not know/find the best way to distribute my own libraries.
Py2exe is by far the most comfortable solution.

- What about a disctinction between applications/libraries? Eg.
jmgraph.

Ok, a section Freeware and Payware.

Payware is something a negative word.
Maybe "Commercial" is better.
I change this

Ok, you can add your applications.

I would prefer a column "Category" because I think, it leads
to more overview, but most are against it, so I removed it.

Also to all people:
the description of the programs is maybe not good for all programs,
feel free to change them.
I mostly took the headline from their homepages.

We have already a libraries page on:

What about:
Open Source:
  Editor (Headline):
    Editor1: Table
    Editor2: Table
  Graphics, Multimedia, Sound (Headline):
    App1: Table
    ....

Freeware:
Commerical:
...

Done.

You can still revert the last version.

But I like it much more than, better overview
(there were already 51 open source applications in one list)

I would not create too many subgroups, what about:

Open Source:
    Editors and development tools/frameworks
    Other programming tools
    Other applications

Freeware, Shareware and Commercial:
    Programming tools
    Other applications

I have just updated; do you find, they are to much?
I do not, the office could be removed, I think.
I remove it.

I would combine the first two, as e.g. Dabo and Boa should be listed in both of them.

I remove it.

I will not mix in anymore, please feel free (you or all other
participants) to add/modify or revert to the structure
with a flat table (without categories).

I'm glad to gave the page a little impulse.

(I found/find it important to offer/gave an
overview of the current/future (existing) applications.
