[wxPython] New McMillan Installer version

I'am using mxODBC 1.1.1 and mxDateTime 1.1.3
you are using the new version 2.0 of both.

The reason I'am using the old version is because of the license.
mxODBC 1.1.1 can be used free inside your organization (i.e. if you are not
distributing or selling products that need the library).
mxODBC 2.0 can't let you do so.

The new version has a new package structure that may be easy to use the mx
extensions with installer and py2exe

I just wanted to check: Which version of mxODBC do you use?

I have downloaded and installed the newest ones,
but I have to use 'import mx.ODBC'.
