[wxPython] New McMillan Installer version

Hello Everybody

There is a new version of Gordon McMillan Installer (3j) that is really
great.
This version can manage pyds and dlls inside package.

I checked this new versión with a medium size aplication using wxPython,
mxODBC and mxDateTime.
