[wxPython] MSVCRT.dll replace fails in installation

I may be mistaken, but I thought one needed administrative rights to install
software under NT.

Subject: RE: [wxPython] MSVCRT.dll replace fails in installation

I tried running the installer with just "my computer" open to the directory
the installer was in after a reboot, but I still get the same "code 5"
error. Maybe there is some process I don't own that makes use of it, or
maybe it's a permissions issue (I'm not the administrator).

Thanks.

Only if you need to update system files, or write to non-user areas of the
registry.
