[wxPython] MSVCRT.dll replace fails in installation

I tried running the installer with just "my computer" open to the directory the installer was in after a reboot, but I still get the same "code 5" error. Maybe there is some process I don't own that makes use of it, or maybe it's a permissions issue (I'm not the administrator).

if replacing takes place during other programms use this DLL

Yes. It's a system dll so it is always in use and it has to be installed as
part of a reboot.

Yes. Because it is a system dll it is owned by the system.
