[wxPython] listctrl in a popupwindow

hello everybody,
i would like to have a listctrl in a popupwindow, but when i add an instance of a listctrl as a child to a popupwindow i can't set the focus to the listctrl. (checkboxes or buttons or something else is working ...)

It should work. Which platform are you on? Do you have some sample code?
