I am installing wxGTK and WxPython on a Solaris box.
Hopw do I convince the installation procedure to also install OGL and
StyledTextControl? I have the sources installed, but the make process
doesn't use them.

Go to the directories under wxPython/contrib that you want to build and run
the build script again.
