I promised some updates on the books progress...
I was notified today that we're officially in production. The typical
schedule is that the book will go to press in 6-8 weeks. I believe
that it's another 3-4 weeks after that before the book is available.
The book should be showing up on the Manning web site in about a week,
and I was told to expect it on Amazon about a week later.
I am told that the ebook version will be available when the final
pages have gone to press, and that the Manning Author Online forum
will start up at that time.
