I do not come from the C++ world and I have chosen Python as my first
language and I am really enjoying learning it. I can use Tkinter but I like
the widget set of wxPython much better but alas there is not wxPython
specific documentation, only comments in the C++ docs. Anything being done
to address this...is there anything that I can do?
I would like to see wxPython become the defacto (one Mac and Qt support is
done) toolkit for Python users.

Yes, there is an effort underway right now to create a Python specific
version of the docs. As a newbie something you can do to help is to let me
know subjects that were difficult for you to grasp at first.
