Is there a standard as how to write a custom dialog box? I have written a
date/time dialog by defining a function, calling wxDialog, and running from
there, but should I be defining my DateTimeDialog as a class and inheriting
wxDialog? If there is interest, I will be happy to post the code for
(gentle) review and comment. When it's done, we may have a new dialog for
everyone to use
