Keep in mind that sometimes builder.py tryes to pack some OpenGL dlls, but NT
GL dlls don't work on 95.
I use next line in my cfg to prevent this:
excludes = PyWinTypes15.dll, win32api, OPENGL32.dll, GLU32.dll, DCIMAN32.dll
