I read in some forum that wxpython doesn't have good support for hebrew
(which is written from right to left). I need to run an application that
should be translated to hebrew (via gettext), and before I start I was
wondering if what I've read is correct.

No wxWidgets is still trying to figure out what to do for RTL languages. Part of the problem is nobody with experience in that area is working on the project, so if you have the skills I'm sure any input about RTL would be appreciated. Just send mail to the wx-dev list with any questions or suggestions.

well, since my proramming skills so far was barely enough for one simple
wxpython application and a few perl scripts, I doubt I will be any help...
maybe testing...
