Hi all,
If you're interested in what the future of wxPython will look like I encourage you to browse through the recent messages on the wxPython-dev list, especially this one:
http://lists.wxwindows.org/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?12:mss:246:200310:bkdopachkjdcohkamjld
Everything is still in a very raw and shaky state, but I figured it is time for other people to start looking over my shoulder.
There is also a preliminary Migration Guide located here for the time being: http://alldunn.com/wxPython/preview/2.5.x/MigrationGuide.html. It should help give you a better view of the future.
If you have contributed code to wxPython in the past, or plan to in the future, or just want to help test then please subscribe to the wxPython-dev list if you haven't already. I'm going to have some work for everybody to do over the next few weeks.
