wxPrintDialog Demo crashes (wxPython 3.0.0 classic)

When trying to execute the PrintDialog demo on RHEL 6.5, I get the following errors and it won’t display:

In my searches, this is the only thing I see that references the error:

Is there anyway to work around this problem, or is there an update to fix it?
