As my FloatCanvas is mentioned there, I thought I'd let you all know that I have been actively developing it, and gotten some help recently. Wothout knowing what kind of diagrams you're editing, I don't know how useful it could be to you, but ti's come a long way in the last few weeks.

I've set up a rudimentary web page for it at:

I've also started a small mailing list for folks interested in being involved with development. let me know if you want to join us.
